Saving Images

Caricature Studio saves images in JPG format by default, however you can save photos in any of the following formats!

• JPG: Good quality, small file size, best for web (default)
• GIF: Medium quality, small file size
• BMP: Good quality, larger file size
• PDF: Adobe Acrobat format

To save in GIF, BMP or PDF format, select the appropriate file type from the Save As type drop-down menu.

  Regardless of what file type you open, you can save in any of the available file formats! For instance, you can open a BMP file and save the completed image as a JPG file!

   It is a good practice to us the Save As function when finished with your image, and coosing a different file name. If you use Save instead of Save As, the image will be saved with the same file name and you will overwrite the original image!
